The Divine Feminine:
A Women's Wellness Weekend
A weekend of yoga, journaling & female connections with Mandy Morell & Mary Catherine Starr
October 12-14, 2024
Join us for an uplifting, empowering weekend celebrating the essence of womanhood! During this weekend you'll get the chance to look inward, forge connections with amazing like-minded women, and bask in the love and support of our sisterhood. Together, we will create a space full of joy, growth, and rejuvenation – all set against the backdrop of a blissful lakeside sanctuary.

Our yoga sessions will focus on awakening your strength, grace, and inner wisdom. We will explore reflective journaling and creative writing focused on connecting with both yourself and with each other.we will also be offering an optional workshop for those who want to tap into their creative side while on retreat. More details to come

This mini-retreat will include 6 yoga classes, 6 healthy, locally-made meals, 2 morning meditation sessions, and 2 guided journaling sessions. There will also be plenty of down time to relax, read a book on the porch, sit on the beach, go for a swim in the lake, or nap.
For those who choose to stay on the property, you’ll get a chance to stay in a beautiful 5 bedroom, hundred-year-old home right on Wequaquet Lake (most of the rooms have a waterfront view!) or in our Hostel room, which accommodates 4, and is connected to the yoga shala.
On Saturday & Sunday we will have massage therapists join us for anyone who would like to book a treatment during your down time. Ideally, you will stay on the property so you can unplug, unwind, and get away from your normal life for two nights. However, if you are a caregiver who needs to be home at night, we are also offering a Weekend Day Pass. This option is for locals who would like to spend the days with us and participate in all the activities (and meals) but would like to go home to sleep in their own beds.

Retreat Leaders
Mary Catherine has been teaching vinyasa + restorative yoga since 2010 and has led numerous international and domestic yoga retreats (including one to Italy back in 2015!). In addition to teaching yoga, Mary Catherine is a graphic designer, artist, mama, and entrepreneur. Although she is now a long-time Cape Cod washashore, she is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and did her 500 hour teacher training at Tranquil Space in Washington, D.C.

Mandy did her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and has taught yoga in Nepal, Germany, Alaska, and now, on Cape Cod. She moved to the Cape in 2019 from Alaska–which she called home for the past 20 years while she traveled the world. Mandy brings her love of exploration, other cultures, and language to her yoga classes by teaching primarily in sanskrit and focusing on alignment and yogic philosophy. When she is not leading yoga retreats, Mandy is a mother, and VW bus entrepreneur.
